Overview

Our client, an established Thames Valley electrical contractor in the commercial sector, is recruiting for a permanent site supervisor’s role.

The position involves supervising teams of 2 to 8 electricians and apprentices on office installation projects for various commercial fit-out contractors in London & The Thames Valley.

Requirements:

You will be a time-served electrician who has progressed from the tools into a supervisory role. You will have an up to date Gold Card and SMSTS or SSSTS qualifications.

You should be able demonstrate the following skills.

*Allocation of works to directly employed and contract staff

* Motivating trades staff to keep projects on schedule

* Liaising with the clients/Attending progress meetings

* Undertaking regular tool box talks

* Ensuring all site H&S legislation is strictly adhered to

* Ordering materials

* Completing contractor time-sheets
