Our client is one the UK’s leading independently owned consulting engineers and a highly regarded employer with a prestigious client base and many awards to their name. They are a multidiscipline consultancy employing more than two hundred staff comprised of building structures engineers, geologists, conservation and heritage specialists, transportation planners, roads & drainage, geotechnical and environmental engineers.

They also provide sort after expertise in appraising existing structures and developing solutions for the repair or adaption as part of refurbishment projects. This part of their business returns excellent fee margins and is steadily growing. They are looking for a senior engineer, or surveyor from a specialist contracting or a consulting background with concrete repair experience to join them. You will report to the technical director and work out of a highly resourced office with excellent technical and administrative support. Your role will be to carry out surveys across London and the South East for a range of private and public sector clients and to propose what remedial action is needed. Experience in the concrete repair sector is valued as much as qualifications. You could be HNC qualified, a chartered or incorporated civil or structural engineer or equivalent.
