An opportunity to move into civil engineering project management. Our client is looking for an experienced civil design engineer or civil site engineer with a degree in civil / structural engineering or construction management. This is a career with a profitable and respected contractor, it provides excellent career progression supported by a program of training and development activities. If you are not yet chartered there is mentoring support and an Institution of Civil Engineers approved training scheme. Your background in the consulting or contracting sectors should have given you a practical understanding of buildability issues. You will need an appreciation of the whole design and construction process and site based experience. This varied role will enable you to work on multidiscipline projects incorporating civil, structural, M&E and construction packages. Our client works on major transportation infrastructure and buildings projects throughout the UK.
