Our client’s building structures division works on large projects in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, large residential and commercial sectors.
Your Role: You will have responsibility from client advisory and fee negotiation stages through to project completion. Your projects will typically be valued between £10m -£100m. With the support of the director for the London office you will develop conceptual designs and go on to allocate work to engineers internally, and sometimes external consultants. More broadly you will provide support and input on project selection, new business and mentoring staff.

Your Profile: You should be working at project or senior engineer level or above and have at least ten years building structures design and delivery experience. It is essential that you are chartered or incorporated with the ICE, IStructE or a similar body.
