Lethaby & Cook

Lethaby and Cook is the rebranding of Claremont Building Services Ltd after the coming together of M&E director, Bob Lethaby, and long term business associate, Paul Cook, who headed up the recruitment division of the Institution of Chartered Civil Engineers for 20 years.

Paul and Bob first worked together way back in the 90’s before going on to work for separate organisations at CBS and ICE respectively, remaining in touch as friends and business associates, often assisting each other with individual projects when required.

With the rebranding, the M&E division remains essentially the same, headed up by Bob Lethaby, with subtle differences in the structure of permanent vacancies introduced by the long term of expertise of Paul.

Paul is heading up the Civils and Structures division, which is predominantly permanent recruitment with additional contract work when requested by a client. The two divisions will cross over on occasions, with both individuals assisting with requirements and when the other is on holiday or unavailable.
