Behind their expansion is their work in the buoyant data centre, power distribution, battery storage, vehicle charging infrastructure, and renewables sectors. Company Overview: One of the UK’s longest established multidiscipline practices with offices throughout the UK. The company employs over two hundred staff , they are an independent firm focused on client care and technical excellence, with a focus on sectors that are profitable and growing. They are in a period of carefully managed expansion, their civil and structural division is set to double over the next five years.
Your Role: You will have responsibility for scheme design, the supervision of design production and mentoring of junior engineers. You will be involved in projects from client advisory stages, through to completion and will work closely with the partner in charge of the civil and structural division. Your role will evolve as you become familiar with the business and its clients, with increasing input on project selection, business strategy and commercial management.
Profile Required:
- Chartered or incorporated with the IStructE, ICE or Engineers Ireland
- Building structures project delivery experience
- Steel and concrete design experience
- Concept Design Experience
- Experience of supervising junior engineers
- An interest in future career promotion
- Currently working at senior engineer /project engineer level, or above
