You will be joining a well established engineering team managing extensive infrastructure works that includes roads, bridges and a range of civil structures and buildings. Bridge design, assessment or construction experience is of special interest, it will provide transferable skills that can be readily applied to the wide range of structures under their care. Your role will be to identify, specify and manage a range of new and maintenance works. As the client you will work closely with external consultants and contractors. Your in-house colleagues will include a team of site inspectors, technicians and engineering professionals from the building, civil, M&E and surveying professions.
Your background: You will need to be a degree qualified civil or structural engineer and be close to achieving chartered or incorporated status with the ICE, IStructE or a similar body. Good interpersonal skills are essential, you will work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
