This is an opportunity for a chartered civil or structural engineer (or approaching chartered status) with a 2:1 in civil or structural engineering and flair for design. With support, you will manage your own projects and develop working relationships with architects who will rely on you to develop the structural approach required to realise their architectural visions. You will be involved at consultation and advisory stages and go on to negotiate fees, develop scheme design and manage delivery. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and mentor junior engineers and technicians will be essential.
